We design and install industrial ventilation systems in Poland. Large facilities such as production plants, warehouses or shopping centres should (and in some cases must) have a ventilation system. This ensures the air is adequately clean, which is also important from a health and safety perspective. We provide advanced ventilation systems throughout the entire Silesian voivodeship.
As is well known, every person in the workplace and in living spaces should have an appropriate microclimate that protects their health and improves well-being, and ventilation has a great influence on this microclimate. This system involves exchanging the air in rooms — more precisely, removing polluted or hot air and supplying fresh, clean air at a defined temperature. This is how we ensure comfortable and, more importantly, healthy conditions for living and working.
Why do we recommend ventilation installation?
Professional ventilation installation can bring many benefits. In many rooms, pollutants are generated — for example, related to the operation of various devices. This can also contribute to high temperatures in the room. In each such case, removing the “used” air and supplying fresh air is recommended.
The simplest to implement, but least effective, is gravity ventilation, which operates due to the temperature difference. Wind also helps. In this case, no additional devices are used. Far more effective is mechanical ventilation, which uses a set of various ventilation components. Moreover, it can also provide an air heating or cooling function. By using heat recovery, savings in the building’s operating costs are possible.
Ventilation Installation in Poland
We carry out ventilation installation in houses and apartments (we can work with developers), offices, service premises, catering establishments, production halls, warehouses and more. We have chemically resistant solutions available. We can also conduct system correctness assessments, noise level measurements and ventilation regulation in Poland. We are happy to prepare a project and then implement it. We also provide servicing.
WHY CHOOSE US?
We have many years of experience but continue to develop, which is why we have modern solutions that work even in the most complex systems. We approach every client individually and provide comprehensive service. After analysing the facility and speaking with the client, we prepare a project and then ensure its implementation. We also provide servicing. We work in accordance with standards. If you are interested in our offer, please contact our experts.
Ventilation and its types:
- Natural (gravity) ventilation — the least effective, as it depends on atmospheric conditions. Air exchange results from the temperature difference between outdoor and indoor air, and the action of wind. Air enters the building through gaps in windows and doors or special air inlets, and exits through grilles and gravity ducts.
- Mechanical ventilation — a type of ventilation where air exchange does not depend on any atmospheric conditions. There are three types of mechanical ventilation:
- Supply ventilation, in which air is delivered (blown) into the room,
- Exhaust ventilation, which removes (extracts) air from the room,
- Supply-and-exhaust ventilation is a ventilation system in which air is simultaneously supplied to and extracted from the room
Based on the ratio of supplied to extracted air volume, mechanical ventilation is divided into three categories:
- positive pressure — the volume flow of supplied air is greater than the volume flow of extracted air,
- negative pressure — the volume flow of extracted air is greater than the volume flow of supplied air,
- balanced — both airflows are equal.
Mechanical ventilation is a professionally designed set of components and devices that guarantees the appropriate intensity of air exchange. The air that enters the room is cleaned and, depending on needs, can be heated or cooled, as well as dried or humidified.
Mechanical ventilation is an appropriately designed set of components and devices that ensures the appropriate intensity of air exchange. The air is cleaned and, depending on needs, can be heated or cooled, as well as dried or humidified.
Mechanical ventilation is an excellent way to save thermal energy — thanks to it, we do not need to create artificial drafts in the apartment. In addition, mechanical ventilation based on ventilation heat recovery units allows heat to be recovered from the air before it is exchanged for fresh air. Due to the small amount of energy consumed for heating rooms, we recommend mechanical ventilation systems for passive houses.
Effects of poor ventilation
Visible effects of poor ventilation:
- steamed-up glass and windows
- condensed water vapour on cold wall surfaces and objects
- back-draught through ventilation grilles
- swelling of wooden furniture and floors
Invisible effects of poor ventilation:
- headaches and dizziness, fatigue, irritation of the nasal mucosa
- skin irritation, sensitisation, allergies, asthma
- moisture penetrating the walls and their gradual deterioration
